if you have sent the details over incorrectly then message us as soon as possible and we can update your order.
What happens if I notice a mistake when you send the sample over?
Confirm the mistake and we can get this corrected before printing.
What happens if I receive my order and it has an error?
if the original order details have the error then we would charge a design charge to re do the order, if the error was made by us then we will replace the order free of charge
