Have you ever played the game Frustration? Why is it called Frustration? Is it because you get frustrated if you don't win? Is it because you get frustrated when the dice pop doesn't move your piece? The name perfectly encapsulates the experience—it’s easy to get frustrated when things don't go your way.
Today, I want you to ask yourself, why are you getting frustrated with your vision board?
Does it need an update?
Does it not inspire you anymore?
Do you feel unmotivated?
Are you struggling to actually get started?
Get your journal out and work through these questions, I can guarantee there is a frustration sitting there, waiting to get out.

Tips to Overcome Vision Board Frustration:
Re-evaluate Your Goals: Sometimes, the goals you set months ago may no longer align with your current aspirations. Take a moment to reflect on what you truly want now. Update your vision board to reflect these new goals.
Refresh Your Visuals: If your vision board no longer excites you, it might be time for a visual refresh. Add new images, quotes, and colours that resonate with you. Make it a vibrant and dynamic representation of your dreams.
Break Down Big Goals: Feeling overwhelmed by big goals can lead to frustration. Break down your larger goals into smaller, manageable tasks. Celebrate each small win to keep your motivation high.
Incorporate Daily Affirmations: Add daily affirmations to your vision board. Positive affirmations can help shift your mindset, making you more resilient to setbacks and more focused on your journey.
Create a Vision Board Ritual: Make interacting with your vision board a daily ritual. Spend a few minutes each day visualising your goals, feeling the emotions of achieving them, and reaffirming your commitment to them.
Seek Inspiration: If you’re struggling to get started, seek inspiration from others. Look at vision boards created by successful people in your field, read motivational books, or watch inspiring videos. Surround yourself with positivity. You can also grab my book Vision Board Blueprints Here.
